Team Drops After the Invoice Deadline (20 Days Prior to the Event)

  1. Unless otherwise specified, all payments made to Prep Network will be irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-transferable when scheduling begins for any respective event.

Visibility for players at our events is enhanced through live coverage on social media and post-event coverage on our site. We strive to have multiple scouts live on-site, and will often supplement the in-person coverage with scouts tuning in on BallerTV. All of the coverage will be posted to our website in the days following the event, and will include player-driven analysis of athletes that stood out during the event. For more information about what we expect from our scouts, check out this link.

Social media coverage will be on the Prep Dig Twitter and Instagram accounts. All written coverage from the event will be posted to PrepDig.com during the week following the event.

The tournament will begin on the morning of July 30th and conclude on July 31st. The final schedule will be released one week prior to the event start date. Communication will be sent out leading up to the tournament for us to do our best to accommodate teams in regard to travel.

Of course! When you register, just register your multiple teams separately and label them with the same school name followed by a color (Smith City Red, Smith City Blue).
