Coach Erdman started playing volleyball in 2015 at Concordia University Wisconsin on the men's club team, where he played six rotation middle. Coach Erdman has over a decade of coaching volleyball experience. He has coached high school in Wisconsin at Milwaukee Lutheran, and Sheboygan Falls. He has coached club in three states: Wisconsin for MKE Rise (formerly Jr. Red Knights), and South Shore Slam, Iowa where he founded and ran Lakes Elite and now in Nebraska for VCN. He also has coached collegiately as a head coach for Iowa Lakes Community College a Division 2...

He also has coached collegiately as a head coach for Iowa Lakes Community College a Division 2 NJCAA in Estherville, Iowa and now as an assistant coach at Nebraska Wesleyan University, a NCAA Division 3 in Lincoln, Nebraska. He also has ran and worked many camps, clinics and showcases across the country.
