Teams will play best two out of three and will play three matches back to back to back. We will allow time between for teams to hydrate, rest, and move to the next court while bench areas are being cleaned.
Teams will have three matches in an eight team bracket. This will allow all teams within the bracket to have three matches (best two out of three to play out to all places).
We will do our best to place teams in brackets of similar competition level to have the best possible matchups.
Teams will have ten minutes of warm up time with 2-4-4 where each team will be responsible for their own warm up balls and sanitation.
There will be no pregame captains meeting or pregame handshake between the two teams.
Score will be kept with rally scoring of sets to 25. Matches will be best two out of three with the third set going to 15.
*If one team wins the first two sets, a third set can be played to get more reps in for each team.
We will have electronic scoreboards that will be cleaned after each match with the sanitation provided by the facility.
There will be no post game handshakes.
To keep things moving between team matches, exit the bench area immediately and any team meeting can be held off the court or in the team area. This will allow cleaning to take place and the next team to take the bench.
Social media coverage will be on the Prep Dig Twitter and Instagram accounts. All written coverage from the event will be posted to PrepDig.com during the week following the event.
