Michael DeLeon brings over 25 years of volleyball experience to Prep Dig from a coaching, club director and college recruiting director background. His experience as a high-level volleyball coach over the years drives his reports as you can see the depth of knowledge in the sport shine through when evaluating each prospect’s potential to play at the next level or where they stand in relation to other players that are listed in our State Ranking Lists. Michael is the Scouting Director for Prep Dig Texas, California, and Oklahoma, while also serving in a leadership role for our national showcase events and coverage in many other states. His devotion to help players gain exposure for recruiting purposes and energy motivating players is undeniable. Throughout the club season, he travels the country to run Prep Dig events and helps to expand the brand by building solid relationship with the volleyball families, coaches, and tournament directors he meets. He has contributed to Prep Dig since 2020 and currently lives in San Antonio, TX.
