Keely's coaching experience began in college where she worked many summer volleyball and track camps with MNU. In 2007, Keely was an assistant volleyball coach at MidAmerica Nazarene University. She has also coached high school track and field for six years.

Brett serves as head coach of top Dynasty teams and technical skill training director. Brett runs the Monday positional academy sessions for the U13-17 athletes. Brett has college coaching experience at Division II Rockhurst University, where he recruited and coached multiple All-Conference, All-Region, and All-Americans, including Conference, Regional, and National Player of the Year Award winners. He helped Rockhurst reach the Final Four twice in 2017 and 2019. Prior to Rockhurst University, Brett was the Assistant Coach at Staley High School for 3 years.
