Wesley started coaching at 19 years old in Hawaii at the club level while serving in the Marine Corps. Over the last 28 years, Wesley's coaching experiences have taken him through various age levels (12s-18s) for both boys and girls in the high school and club scene. He currently coaches at LV Impact Volleyball Club in Las Vegas.
