Foster is currently in her first year as the Head Volleyball Coach at Occidental College. Prior to this she was the Head Coach and SWA St. Olaf College in MN for 9 years. St. Olaf received multiple at-large bids to the NCAA tournament during her time as head coach. A combined record of 115-47 during her time there. During her time in MN Foster Head coached high level club teams 16's -18's at Vital Volleyball Club. Her teams experienced success on the court, winning tournaments and receiving bids to nationals. Foster is currently in her first year as the Head Volleyball Coach at Occidental College. Prior to this she was the Head Coach and SWA St. Olaf College in MN for 9 years. Prior to St. Olaf, Foster was an assistant at DII Northern State University, and was an assistant at DII Minnesota State Mankato. She received her MA in Sports Psychology and BS in Psychology from University of St. Thomas. As an athlete she was a setter at the University of St. Thomas. Her accolades include being a four-time First Team All-MIAC selection, a three-time, AVCA All-America, and a two-time MIAC MVP. She is now in the Hall of Fame at St. Thomas.

Uchenna has also proudly represented the Nigerian National Team in the All African Games, showcasing his talent on an international stage. Additionally, he has competed in American Summer Leagues, further solidifying his status as a versatile and accomplished athlete.

Uchenna's dedication to the sport is further exemplified by his commitment to training D1 and professional athletes, as well as high-level club athletes striving for recruitment. His extensive background and passion for volleyball make him an ideal candidate to lead training camps and clinics, providing young athletes with the guidance they need to elevate their game and reach their full potential.
