Ashlynn Medina brings over 10 years of club coaching experience and 7 years of high school coaching experience to the Arizona volleyball community. Throughout her career, she has helped lead teams to multiple appearances at the Girls Junior National Championships (GJNC), Boys USAV Nationals, and Boys AAU Nationals while developing athletes from the grassroots level through elite competition. Ashlynn currently serves on the coaching staff at Sandra Day O'Connor High School, where she was part of the program's 6A State Championship team. She has also coached with Arizona High Performance for two seasons and currently works with athletes at Revolution Volleyball Academy and Arizona Legacy Boys Volleyball, helping players compete and succeed at the highest levels of the sport. In addition to her coaching roles, Ashlynn is the owner of AZ Hype Volleyball & Performance, a training facility in Phoenix dedicated to athlete development, skill acquisition, and creating opportunities for volleyball players of all ages and skill levels. Through camps, clinics, private training, and competitive programming, she is committed to helping athletes reach their full potential both on and off the court. Passionate about growing the game, Ashlynn enjoys evaluating talent and helping athletes showcase their abilities. She believes that work ethic, coachability, competitiveness, and leadership are key indicators of long-term success. Through Prep Dig, she is excited to help athletes gain exposure, build confidence, and connect with opportunities to advance their volleyball careers.

I absolutely loved this camp and the opportunity to attend it! All of the players and coaches were so sweet and amazing! The coaches helped me out so much with things I had to improve on and cheering us on. I had a great time at the Oregon Stockup Showcase! The commute from Seattle to Beaverton was totally worth it because I met lots of awesome players and got in some valuable pre-tryout touches! It was cool having college players tell us about their experiences with the recruiting process and college life. The showcase was a very positive and empowering environment, with players and coaches cheering each other on; everyone was playing hard and having a blast. I would highly recommend this showcase to others and I would love to be apart of future Prepdig events.

I really loved the Prep Dig camp as the coaches gave incredible feedback and I was able to get many reps. The coaches coached all of us individually and were able to teach me more advanced techniques and increase my volleyball IQ. The other players at the camp had excellent skill and talent which made drills and games more fun. Everyone was also so easy to get along with which as a setter, made setter-hitter connections much easier. Overall, I had a great experience at Prep Dig Expo 250 Camp!
